WHOLESALE MANAGER / SALES MANAGER

location: Warsaw

What will you do:

  • manage all wholesale activities of Undress Code
  • maintain the highest degree of client service; serve as a brand ambassador
  • analyze Markets and Competition
  • target new business, analyze brand adjacency and positioning, and survey the general
  • market for additional wholesale opportunities
  • prepare and execute the trade shows calendar and interface with design, production and
  • merchandise planning to ensure trade shows are timed and prepared to excellence
  • set up and work tradeshows all over the world
  • drive in season business through reorder replenishment and proactively identifying sales

Opportunities

  • perform weekly, monthly and end of season sales analysis, with comprehensive financial
  • understanding of the business
  • develop and achieve Yearly and Seasonal Sales Plans, ensuring ambitious sales growth
  • goals are met in accordance with the business plan & strategy
  • assemble and monitor profitability by account and identify areas of opportunity regarding sell-through, markdowns, cancellations, returns, and make recommendations to customers
  • be responsible for timely payments from all customers
  • work on finding Agents to support us in Target Regions
  • manage our relationships with sales agents communicating all information to ensure that they can sufficiently represent the brand
  • support existing accounts by offering exceptional customer service

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • 3 years of related experience in the contemporary or luxury market
  • prior fashion industry experience
  • developed and executed tactical sales plans
  • strong financial acumen, analytics skills and knowledge of retail math
  • engaging verbal/communication and presentation skills
  • are able to travel by road and air, overnight stays and weekend work when needed
  • ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent problem-solving attitude coupled with tenacious drive to achieve results
  • you’re highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • ability to manage team members and aide their growth and development
  • you want to learn
  • you speak fluent English – this is a must
  • additional language (German, French, Italian, Chinese) will be a plus
