Job Description
As an Insight and Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing valuable consumer and customer insights. You will lead a team responsible for conducting market research, analyzing consumer and customer behavior, and understanding customer preferences to support data-driven decision-making across various departments. In addition, you will be responsible to drive the test and learn agenda to optimize media spend and CRM activations. These insights will be instrumental in developing marketing and customer activation strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Insights and Analytics team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work culture.
- Conduct research and analyze consumer behaviour, trends, and preferences to uncover actionable insights that can inform marketing strategies, product development, and customer experience enhancements.
- Analyze and drive customers through the customer journey and identify opportunities for improving customer experiences and engagement together with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize global tools and frameworks to manage customer interactions and build strong customer relationships, customer loyalty and brand value.
- Generate insights about our target audiences and customer segments to identify how to best cater to their needs, thus acquiring and retaining customers and driving sales growth.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including surveys, focus groups, customer feedback, and customer behavioural and sales data.
- Interpret data and test results to draw meaningful conclusions and generate actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role of Insight and Analytics Manager we believe you have strong consumer and customer focus with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You are strategic and insight-driven. You are driven by turning insights into actions and present your findings and recommendations in a clear way to stakeholders across functions. You are an excellent communicator.
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years experience in consumer insights, customer analytics or a related field within the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical techniques.
- Experience with consumer research methodologies, such as surveys, focus groups, and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with market research tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
- Utilize data & insights to help shape business strategies and set long term goals.
- Technical skills and the ability to perform hands-on analysis if needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Understanding of retail industry trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Leadership skills to lead a team effectively, promote a positive work environment, and encourage professional growth.
- Fluent English language.
Additional Information
This is a full-time role, based on local contract in Warsaw, Poland. The Insight and Analytics Manager role is a part of the Customer Activation & Marketing Department and reports to the Regional Head of Customer Activation & Marketing.
